Nordic Luxury Media processes personal data on the following legal bases under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation):

Order data. When you place an order through the listing platform, we collect your name, email address, company or agency name, listing URL and selected service package. This data is processed for the purpose of order fulfilment and retained for accounting purposes in accordance with Finnish bookkeeping legislation.

All processors are engaged under data processing agreements and are required to process data only on documented instructions from Nordic Luxury Media.
Analytics data is retained for a period of 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted in accordance with Google Analytics default settings. Email addresses and enquiry data are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, or until deletion is requested. Order records are retained for seven years in accordance with Finnish bookkeeping legislation (Kirjanpitolaki 1336/1997).
If you are located within the European Economic Area you have the following rights under the GDPR: the right to access personal data held about you; the right to rectification of inaccurate data; the right to erasure; the right to restriction of processing; the right to data portability; and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
